5 Second Feedback is a web and mobile app in the reputation management space for restaurants.

It’s a fully mobile responsive, two-sided platform — one side for business owners, and one side for their customers. The app works by allowing users to give their feedback on their experience with the business in just 3 tabs of the screen that takes ~5 seconds to complete. The data is then aggregated for the business owner to analyze and make data-driven decisions on how to improve their service offering.

5 Second Feedback is revenue positive and actively in use by multiple local businesses in the Charlotte, NC area.
